Disperse PreBiulin C90 into the water while heating to 75-80°C. When transparent mixture is obtained, mix 30 minutes. Disperse Xanthan Gum CS into the water during heating to 70-75°C. When clear mixture is obtained add remaining ingredients of A; mix B. Add B to A at 70-75°C. Homogenize 5 min at 10,000 rpm for 200gr batch. Cool down to 40-45°C. Add C. Homogenize 1 min at 10,000 rpm for 200gr batch. Cool down to RT while mixing. Adjust pH with D to 5-7.
